The Academic Enrichment Programs Center (AENPC), sponsored by Tamkeen for consultation and educational service (TAMKEEN), is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you fill out a form, apply for a training or enroll in one of our programs, apply for a job, and in connection with other services and resources we make available on our website. We do not sell personal information

Who we share your data with

We are sharing the provided information by you with our partners the National Student Leadership Conference (NSLC) and the universities that hosting the requested programs.

 

Information about children

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 15 without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 15 without your consent, please contact us at info@aenpc.com so that we may delete their information.

How we use your personal information

  • To respond to your customer service requests or send program updates

    We use the personal contact information you provide us to mail or email information you request and to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. We may use the email address you provide to send updates on your program.

  • To send periodic marketing emails pertaining to your interests

    We may use your email to send information about our programs which we think may be of interest to you. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you may do so using the appropriate link in the email or by contacting us at info@aenpc.com.

  • To facilitate our programs

    If you enroll in one of our programs, we use your personal information only to the extent necessary to facilitate your program experience. This includes sharing some of your information with trusted partners who provide services for our programs, such as our host universities.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.

How long we retain your information

We retain the personal information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about our programs and then we securely delete the information. Sensitive personal information from enrolled students is securely deleted each year after our summer sessions.

What rights you have over your information

At any time, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal information we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal information we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
